Video Conference: Attend a video meeting with a Panacea Community, LLC DBA NathanCrane.com and Nathan Crane Global representative. Legal counsel may join.
45-Day Resolution Window: After the video call, we have 45 days to respond before arbitration may be filed.

Failure to complete this process may result in the dismissal of any arbitration claim. NAM may reject arbitration requests that do not follow these steps.

We reserve the right to seek damages for failure to comply with the pre-arbitration requirements.

Once the process is complete and no resolution is found, arbitration shall proceed exclusively in Miami, Florida. Court proceedings will not be permitted unless expressly allowed under these Terms.
