So the last day of the Wholesome Living course!
Thank you for creating it in your easy, positive and energetic style.
For me it has been a treasure of inspiration, remembering and some new morning habits 🙂 the honey/apple cider tea, green smoothie and body exercise. It got me back on track.
Last autumn several challenging events came into my life and I found myself slowly falling deep in the dark. Even though I know the techniques of staying positive, dream my life, go ceremony to shift engagement and so on, ( this is what I teach in my classes ) I could not change the energy…. a few days before New Year, I felt a shift happening. Like life again was breathing me. I felt light and hope moving within me like when spring arrives here in the northern part of Europe after a very long and cold winter. Even though feeling better, I needed inspiration so when your offer came by of the 27 flavors book and this program something bigger than me just signed in. I love books and read a lot but to have these series of videos everyday for 21 days actually gave a personal touch to it that for me made a big difference. To hear and see and be inspired by another human being is very precious.
