DAY 1 - CREATING YOUR DREAM LIFE

In this daily habit I first help you get very clear on what kind of life, environment, relationship, house, vehicles, health, and career you desire most - then I guide you through a simple, fast, and powerful visualization process to do every day.

DAY 2 - MORNING MOTIVATION

Integrating positive messages into your mind upon awakening is the best way to start the day. In this habit I share with you a powerful way to start your day right every single day.

DAY 3 - EVENING GRATITUDE

DAY 6 - ACV TEA

Mix 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar with 1 tbsp honey in a mug of warm water, and drink each morning to get toxins out of your system, improve weight loss, stimulate digestion, help prevent disease, lower cholesterol, improve blood pressure, eliminate acid reflux, and alkalize your body.

DAY 9 - THE 50% RULE

This important rule I've found to be very effective based on a specific type and quantity of calories will help you create more natural energy, health, and vitality throughout your day.

DAY 10 - THE ENERGY BUILDER

DAY 13 - CARE MORE THAN BEING RIGHT

DAY 14 - CREATING SERENITY WHEN FEELING TRIGGERED

We all get triggered from time to time, and emotional mastery is all about learning how to respond with conscious awareness during these pivotal moments of life so that we have the ability to respond intentionally rather than reacting without control.

DAY 15 - OVERCOMING FINANCIAL STRESS

We all experience financial stress in our lives.  In this video I share with you a powerful practice you can begin implementing today so when financial challenges appear in your life you'll be better equipped with how to deal with them and keep moving forward.

DAY 16 - MAKE LEMONADE

We've all heard the famous saying, "turn lemons into lemonade", right?  Well the truth behind that statement of turning a negative situation into a positive one is one of the most powerful things you can do, and it requires a specific type of mindset to be able to make it happen.

DAY 17 - GETTING GROUNDED

This physical, emotional, and spiritual experience will re-energize your entire being when practiced this way everyday.

DAY 18 - SEEK INSIDE

While google and libraries are a great resource for researching facts or history, true wisdom comes from within ourselves.  Learn how to tap into your inner wisdom to find spiritual guidance to any problem you may be facing.

DAY 19 - OPEN TO EVERYTHING, ATTACHED TO NOTHING

This daily spiritual practice will open your heart and create inner peace and freedom in your life.

DAY 20 - THANK, DONT BEG
